- No substitution or transfer of participation is allowed.
- Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
- All participants must :
a. have a good command of English Language.
b. have a minimum of a diploma. - There will be no refund if you are unable to follow the program. If you are unsure, please do give us a call for us to assess your level of English before signing up.
- For overseas participants, please sign up at least a month before the course to ensure that materials are delivered to you before course starts. Materials are sent via courier, however we cannot guarantee timely delivery as it is dependent on customs clearance.
- All courses are conducted via zoom and zoom invitation will be sent via email and WhatsApp before course starts.
- You agree not to record the training sessions, and not to distribute the copyrighted training materials given.
